Open Letter to Australian Minister for Transport MP Catherine King
It IS your responsibility to insure Pilots are Not Madated to take Experimental Medications that can and will endager the Public; writes John Huntley.
Dear Minister King,
We are all familiar with middle level management "filtering", of vital, and very often important information. Information and advice that never seems to penetrate the defenses of aides and secretaries.
I will attempt one last time, to save you from some uncomfortable questioning at a committee hearing or possible civil and legal implications.
Including a charge of Malfeasance (Misfeasance, nonfeasance, and malfeasance are types of failure to discharge public obligations existing by common law, custom, or statute.)
Your attempts to ignore my correspondence to you directly, both when you were Shadow Minister for Transport and now that you are Minister for Transport are reprehensible. I sent, on THREE occasions, very detailed emails on the possible tragedies that can occur due to CASA's lack of due diligence. I received no replies until after I rang both your electoral office and your Canberra office.
The reply I received was both underwhelming and a blatant attempt to dismiss all safety obligations on your part of safe aviation travel.
In the reply (attached) written by Naa Opoku the attempt to distance yourself from your obligations was astounding. Stating that Mandates for Covid vaccinations are the responsibilities of, and the directions of, the Dept of Health, are simply WRONG: the Australia Dept of Health imposed no such mandates for pilots to be vaccinated. The only Federal mandate was for health care workers. The mandates on pilots were imposed solely by the CEOs of each airline. CASA sat quietly and made no comment on the introduction and imposition of an experimental medical treatment which can have a devastating effect on the ability of pilots to perform their functions safely.
Very experienced Airline Pilots, with 30 years experience and Cardiologists, have raised significant concerns to the Civil Aviation SAFETY Authority, over which You, being the Transport Minister, have oversight and an obligation to supervise for the explicit and implicit safety of the travelling public.
The safety concerns raised have been ignored on repeated attempts for clarification to those responsible parties at CASA, namely Pip Spence, Director of Safety and Kate Manderson, Principle Medical Officer.
Even without a Federal Mandate, ALL Australian airlines have mandated the Covid19 injections to crew, and some have mandated boosters.
Qantas and Jetstar have both had pilot incapacitation events In-Flight and diversions due to crew medical issues. This was a very, very, rare event pre mandates.
I bring to your attention the fact that the TGA’s DAEN report is known to be about 1% to 10% of the actual incidents after vaccination as Doctors are too scared to notify for fear of being deregistered by AHPRA.
TGA has had reported to it 129,000 adverse reactions
TGA has had reported to it over 1000 deaths. They have directly attributed 11 to the vaccine via some very suspect analysis .
The TGA has identified 11 reports where the cause of death was linked to vaccination from 885 reports received and reviewed. The deaths linked to vaccination occurred after the first dose of Vaxzevria (AstraZeneca) – 8 were thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome (TTS) cases, 2 were linked to Guillain-Barre syndrome (GBS) and one was a case of immune thrombocytopenia (ITP).
Thrombosis is a direct significant function of the circulatory tree.
The USA, according to the VAERS database, showed 5,888 dead through June 4, an increase from the previous week's count of 5,165. The number of vaccine-related deaths since the emergency approval of the COVID-19 jabs have exceeded the number of deaths recorded for all vaccines combined in the last 29 years.
Are Pilots exempt from this trend????
Myocarditis and Pericaditis and blood clots are all well known side effects of the Covid vaccinations
Dr Kate Manderson admits, in the attached vdieo, she is aware of these dangerous side effects of the Covid jab but she is not concerned about them. Is this the correct action by a PMO????
As clearly stated in the following legislation effects on the circulation system are not allowed in a pilot

SAD Sudden Adult Death Syndrome - seems to be a new thing these days - over 900 elite athletes have just dropped dead on the playing field.
SAD in an airline pilot in charge of a 350 seat passenger aircraft is probably a bad thing, i'm sure you'll agree.
There is a Safety Signal that is not being acted on as the whole injection policy has been totally politicized.
CASA are a medical and safety Stakeholder and required to report Adverse Events in collaboration with TGA - THEY ARE NOT DOING SO.
Dr. Kate Manderson PMO stated on camera they were not required to - This is not correct in any way.
CASA have a rule that a pilot not fly if they know they have an affliction that may impede them in their role. Many of the AE may not initially be able to be self diagnosed, however they could easily be screened for. CASA are not interested in screening, to establish IF a pilot may be on the way to an Adverse Event. American Airline 1067 to Dallas Captain Bob Snow cardiac arrest 6 minutes after landing, post-vaccine, video available. We have a long and growing list of such episodes.
Lt Col Theresa Long, a very well qualified aviation medical examiner with the US Airforce GROUNDED all pilots after the jab as she was seeing too many safety concerns. Some Pilots were even asking to be grounded as they felt comprimised after the jab
Our organisation GAAC Global Aviation Advocacy Coalition, a group of very qualified professional Airline Pilots, Medical Practitioners and Lawyers are happy to work with you, to effect a remedy to solve this clear and present danger facing the travelling public, the public on the ground and the crews onboard.
We are willing to meet you or have a zoom call with you, which would include the attendance of Worldwide Professionals, to discuss our concerns on the safety of the travelling public.
You, I'm sorry to say do not have the luxury of time, legal action is being initiated against responsible parties at CASA and the inevitable publicity will follow. This will compound the negative headlines the airlines are suffering at present - once CASA has been served you could be on the back foot when the questions start.
Our offer is one made in good faith,
You have been notified, you are aware now of this serious situation and plausible deniability is off the table.
All the relevant legislation is attached along with your Department's reply to my original comprehensive request for action.

A link to an attachment included in the open Letter lists the Frightening Reports submitted to the Australians TGA’s DAENs adverse reactions reporting system.
If you look at the list of what Mandated Pilots are likely to report or suffer from in the future (even if it is only a small possibility) you will change your mind on the preferred vaccination status of the Pilot of your next flight. You will also wonder why Transport Minister MP Catherine King is sitting on the fence on this issue.
